Nostalgia is in the air, as is Lauren Conrad and the cast Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County get ready to celebrate 20 years of their MTV reality show with a special reunion next month.
Reunion: Laguna Beach will air April 10 on The Roku Channel and brings Conrad, Kristin Cavallari and the entire high school series’ original cast back to the seminal show. Laguna Beach it was an instant hit on MTV when it premiered in 2004, and became an introduction to many members of entertainment and fashion.
Conrad, in particular, quickly succeeded, launching an independent women’s brand for Kohl’s called “LC Lauren Conrad.” Started in 2009 as a clothing line, LC Lauren Conrad expanded to include accessories, shoes, home decor and beauty. A true artist turned designer introduced Little Co. by Lauren Conrad in 2020 to introduce kids to her Kohl’s collaboration.

Of course, Conrad has not forgotten about his TV roots, and his latest collection for LC Lauren Conrad includes several themes from his famous hometown. Just in time to Laguna Beach reunion, fans can pick up a T-shirt designed by LC and a sweatshirt that pays homage to his sunny SoCal roots.

This cotton t-shirt captures the laid-back atmosphere of Laguna Beach with a retro-inspired graphic and slub jersey construction for a laid-back look and feel. The tee has a scoop neck and slightly rolled sleeves for a modern fit, while retaining its vintage appeal. Choose from sizes XS to XXL.

Kohl’s latest Conrad collection also includes this cozy sweatshirt, which the department store says is the “go-to for casual hangouts and casual beach trips” alike. The sweatshirt is made from super soft French terry material and features a “Laguna Beach Surf Club” logo on the left chest. This sign bears the date 2004 – the sign of the year Laguna Beach which started on TV. This sweatshirt is available in oatmeal (seen above) or light blue “Lake Geneva”.
LC Lauren Conrad Shirred Bodice Ruffle Sleeve Midi Dress
Conrad has long been known for her feminine style that combines her California boho roots with what Kohl describes as a “Parisian” twist. This dress takes the best of both worlds, with a chic floral print, shirred bodice and ruffled sleeves. The hemline hits just below the knee for a chic look that’s perfect for all occasions. This is a 100% cotton dress that we can see Conrad wearing himself; available in sizes XS to XXL.
LC Lauren Conrad Faux Suede Collared Jacket
The latest LC Lauren Conrad collection at Kohl’s also includes this faux suede jacket, with four closed buttons, large front pockets and a slim fit. The microfiber-like material is very soft and smooth, and has a touch of spandex for easy movement. Kohl’s has this women’s jacket available in three colors, including the khaki shade above, as well as “Dusty Pink” and denim blue.
LC Lauren Conrad Hourglass Ponte Blazer
Conrad also designed this versatile blazer, which elevates classic fashion with its hourglass silhouette, slim lapel and two-button closure. Take your regular size for a slim and tailored fit, or a larger size for a more modern look. The classic black blazer is made from a blend of polyester, rayon and spandex, and it’s an easy way to dress up – and pick up online.

Kohl’s says this is one of the best-selling items from the latest Conrad collection, with more than 1,000 customers purchasing it in the past few weeks alone.

Laguna Beach premiered in 2004 on MTV and ran for two seasons with the original cast before introducing a new cast for a third season (stream the show here on Paramount+).
